10-year-old fans suing over Beckham shirt
Two young David Beckham fans are suing each other - over who owns a shirt the player threw to them at a LA Galaxy game.
While one nine-year-old boy caught the famous number 23 shirt, his best mate claimed it was intended for him and a scrap broke out between them.
Now their parents have got involved and are even hiring lawyers to take the battle to court.
LA Galaxy president Alexi Lalas branded the row “ridiculous” adding: “My suggestion is that the judge get a pair of scissors, cut the thing in half and give half to each.”
