MICROSOFT OFFICIALLY RELEASES ZUNE TO COMPETE WITH IPOD

Microsoft will try to compete with APPLE'S IPOD this winter. While ZUNE has been officially released to the press and media, the official date when Zune will be put in consumer's hands in the stores is (as per Microsoft's official webpage) on November 14.
Zune will be able to play music, video and the storage capacity will be 30GB. Other features of Zune are wireless connectivity and an integrated FM tuner.

Microsoft will also release a music community service similar to ITunes, with the name of ZUNE MARKETPLACE. For sure many people will offer Microsoft's Zune as a Christmas gift for their loved ones, or for themselves!!! It is a smart move from Bill Gate's company to release Zune just before Xmas shopping season starts.
